This site is run on WordPress. The theme began life as Cutline 2.2, though I have modified it beyond recognition. There is a mobile version of the site for iPhones and other portable devices, powered by WPtouch. Hosted at Media Temple. The mailing list is supported by MailChimp. Site tracking by SiteMeter. All these providers I highly recommend.
